I am a registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer who has very high standards set to exceed expectations!  Enjoy sharing my passion for fitness with others as well as educating my clients/classes on fitness.  There is so much information out that is not always accurate, I strive to provide quality information as well as deliver high-end classes.  By having my own company, Core Power, LLC , I am empowered with the opportunity to truly connect to my clients/classes, deliver a variety of  fun, creative, safe superior classes  (i.e., yoga, core, strength, etc.).  My services stand-out, they are unique, creative, caring, results-driven and my clients/classes notice the difference!  Repeat business is by far the best compliment you can receive!  Does your workout need a makeover?
